Getting Started

Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit TiCo!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. Once you decide that CrossFit TiCo is for you, then your next step is to enroll in one of our regularly scheduled classes.

By offering one-on-one training during the intro course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. During your first regular class session, you will learn how to perform some fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the rest of the Group Workouts.
