Ryan Agnew

Ryan was born in the magical unicorn land of Sparkleville. Ever since he was born ,the glitter trail of selflessness has grown into an immaculate form of doing for others. Anyone who knows Ryan knows he does without seeking anything in return... it's just his precious unicorn heart.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends.... his most favorite past time is reading the dictionary. The challenge of learning new $10 words makes it all worth it.

His favorite thing about CrossFit is the community. He truly enjoys the ins and outs of making his community flourish. Ryan also enjoys unbroken RX jumping jacks. He says there's nothing quite like pushing that RX button are super hard movements.
